I founded Gloster in 2003. Today, it is a publicly traded IT services company with 340 employees. We have completed 11 acquisitions, and over the past two years, I have integrated 23 AI skills into my daily work. I don’t just talk about AI at conferences—I use it. Every day.
A little about me
My name is Viktor Szekeres, and I am the founder and Executive Chairman of Gloster Digital Group Nyrt. I served as CEO of the company until March 2026; since then, I have been working in a strategic capacity—day-to-day operations are led by CEO Péter Csillag.
Since Gloster was founded in 2003, I have been working in the fields of IT services, B2B sales in the DACH region, and corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The company went public on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BÉT) in 2018, where it trades under the ticker symbol GLOSTER. Our clients include companies such as Audi, BMW, and DRK.
What I do
AI Strategy and Implementation. Over the past two years, I have built an ecosystem of 23 custom AI skills that support my daily management tasks—from sales preparation and transcript processing to investor communications. To achieve this, I developed 7 custom MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors on Cloudflare Workers that integrate Claude AI with Jira, ERP, WordPress, Outlook, and other systems.
Angel investing. I am an active angel investor in the Hungarian and CEE tech startup ecosystem.
UNICEF Hungary. I am a member of the Supervisory Board of UNICEF Hungary.
